Desktop Designs

I call them designs, but really they're pretty random in execution--mostly just messing around in Photoshop.

These were done as computer desktop backgrounds; my goal was to create 365 of them--one for every day of the year. I got up to 305 before abandoning the project.

They were made to fit a monitor no bigger than 17" @ 1024 x 768 resolution, small by today's standards. I still use them as screen backgrounds. I Guess I'll have to make new designs when I finally get that 24" iMac I've had my eye on...

Why, yes, that would be the 3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4GB memory, 1TB hard drive, 8x double-layer SuperDrive, and the NVIDIA GeForce GT 130 with 512MB memory, Adobe Creative Suite 4 installed, and a Wacom extra large Intuos4 drawing tablet. Thanks for asking.

While we're at it, a 17" MacBook Pro would be lovely, too.
